About The Event
Frayed cuffs? Holes in knees? Rips and tears in obvious places? Inspired by the Japanese Sashiko mending style, learn how to bring new life to garments by mending them beautifully in a relaxed environment. No sewing experience required. Participants are asked to bring items in need of mending and will leave with a mended item.
About Your Instructor:
Amanda Williams is a passionate life-long crafter who loves sharing the joy of making, mending and learning from her mistakes. She lives in E'se'katik/Lunenburg with her child and partner, who live to put holes in their clothes.
