Piping Buttercream Flowers with Vienie McShane

Indulge in an afternoon of creativity! Join us for this unique experience as Vienie shares her piping tricks with us. She will teach you how to pipe a two tone rose with leaves then end the workshop off by sharing her beautiful Russian piping tips with participants to try out piping some pretty flowers. Each participant will make a small bouquet of three cupcakes decorated in beautiful piped buttercream flowers.

All materials will be provided, including vanilla cupcakes to pipe our flowers onto! If you have any allergies or other dietary restrictions we ask that you bring three of your own cupcakes.

Skill level: Beginner - no experience needed

About Your Instructor:

Vienie McShane moved to Nova Scotia three years ago from South Africa. She has a diploma in Jewellery Design & Manufacture, as well as a BEd & a diploma in Waldorf Education. Vienie's passion for art and craft started at a very young age. She grew up in a home where both parents were successful artists and she was fortunate to explore an array of art mediums. Apart from teaching at the local Waldorf School, Vienie spends her free  time working on her beautiful floral cakes, drawing, crafting and looking after her children.
