




The Chester Art Centre’s Cancellation Policy for WorkshopsFull payment is due upon registration to hold a student’s place in class. We need to know at least one week before classes begin if a student intends to cancel. A cancellation prior to one week before the first class session will receive a full refund. There will be no refunds within one week of the first class/workshop or once classes and workshops have begun, unless Covid related. If the Chester Art Centre has to cancel the workshop for any reason, registrants will be notified and given a full refund.

Workshop registration and payment, clicking on the 'REGISTER' button will link you to our ‘Simply K’ ticketing apparatus, where you can complete your purchase. Registration is not complete until full payment is received. NOTE: Unlike other platforms, Simplyk does not charge transaction fees, so your entire payment goes directly to us. However, the platform does give you the option to add a tip to help Simplyk keep running its services. If you don’t want to add a tip, in section 03, just choose Other in the drop-down menu and then enter $0.
You can also pay by cheque, made out to The Chester Art Centre and drop it off or mail it to 60 Queen Street P.O. Box 654 Chester, Nova Scotia B0J 1J0 (please account for postage times), e-transfer can be made payable to chesterartcentre@ns.alliantzinc.ca. Alternatively we accept cash.
