About The Event
Create a hand-stitched, multi-page watercolour book based on a subject or theme of your choosing. Using a non-linear, narrative approach you will incorporate both image and text into your book, using open ended instructions to develop an composition that connects multiple aspects of your chosen subject. During this workshop you will explore various exercises to develop looser more expressive water colour techniques and expand your understanding of composition as you work towards completing your book. The workshop is aimed at advanced beginners with experience in water colour painting. There will be lots of opportunity for one on one feedback and support/sharing with each other integrated into the process.
